Description

Based on the Food Network’s long-running TV series, The Main, this book showcases Chef Anthony Sedlak’s very best recipes. In keeping with the show’s innovative format, Anthony takes one ingredient and prepares it in distinct yet complementary dishes that together make a fantastic meal. You’ll discover how an ingredient can take on different characteristics in different dishes, and maybe even gain a new appreciation for it. And because anyone who has spent time in a kitchen knows that timing really is everything, Anthony walks you through all the steps so preparing an entire meal becomes easy. True to Anthony’s signature style, these recipes are classic yet still manage to shake things up. Featuring all kinds of delicious recipes ranging from grilled cheese to prime rib, and studded with gorgeous photographs, The Main bridges the gap between simple and sumptuous.
