Le camp de sélection est aujourd’hui! Bien qu’un peu anxieux, Brady et son meilleur ami Charlie ont tellement hâte! Malheureusement, le résultat de la sélection n’est pas celui espéré : pour la première fois, Charlie est choisi par une autre équipe. Dévasté, il décide d’abandonner le hockey et jette son équipement à l’extérieur de l’aréna.

Brady, qui tente de lui remonter le moral, arrive à le convaincre de retourner au jeu. Mais c’est à ce moment que le pire se produit : alors que Charlie court chercher son équipement, il se rend compte qu’il a disparu!

Les choses vont finalement s’arranger grâce à l’aide des nouveaux amis de Charlie.

It’s sort-out time! Brady and his best buddy Chester could not be more excited, even if they are a bit nervous. Unfortunately, the sort-outs end in disaster. For the first time ever, Chester gets put on a different team and not on the Icehogs with Brady and all their friends. Devastated, Chester decides to quit, dumping his goalie gear outside the arena.

Like a true friend, Brady reminds Chester of all the ways hockey can be fun. Feeling a bit better, Chester decides he still wants to play. But then the real disaster hits! When Chester runs to retrieve his gear, it’s gone!

Things finally get sorted out when Chester gets a little help from a special group of new friends.

CHUCK TEMPLE began his career at the age of 18 when his first comic strip, Bernie on the Beat, went into syndication. He studied at both the University of Guelph and the Ontario College of Art, and cites Bill Watterson, creator of Calvin and Hobbes, as his favourite cartoonist. He also enjoys coaching and playing hockey. He lives in Kitchener, Ontario.
