At her school she has hosted some of the world’s greatest cooks, including Rick Bayless, Giuliano Bugialli, Biba Caggiano, Marcella Hazan, Madhur Jaffrey, Madeleine Kamman, Nick Malgieri, Jacques Pépin and Nina Simonds. Bonnie is the author of ten bestselling cookbooks, most recently HeartSmart Cooking for Family and Friends. She has hosted two national television shows -- Bonnie Stern Cooks and Bonnie Stern Entertains -- and writes a weekly column for the National Post and the Chicago Sun Times.
