Description

Caro's girls aren't happy. "The girls" are Caro's hens, and Henriette is especially unimpressed when Crème Brulée, the family labrador, decides to come in to the chicken coop uninvited. As Henriette flees for her life Crème Brulée runs after her. Quick, Caro must catch the little red bird before she falls into the sea! She and her twin Claude will try everything to save their dear hen...who's got surprises in store for them!

About the authors

Carolyn Rowe-Turner lives on Prince-Edward-Island, although she's originally from Québec. As a child, she never went anywhere without her twin brother. Now an adult, when she isn't busy teaching or reading book, she spends her time going outdoors for adventures with her family and her crazy dog. Passionate about nature and youth literature, it's completely logical that her first picture-book should be called Ouaf? Ouaf? Cot! Cot!
