About the authors

Todd Warren, born in Dildo, Newfoundland and Labrador, is best known as innkeeper of the award-winning Inn By The Bay and George House Heritage Bed & Breakfast. Todd has spent more than twenty years in the hospitality industry. When not working, he enjoys spending time baking, cooking, and travelling. Todd has received many mentions in various travel publications for his culinary talents as well as being awarded the PRIDE Award by Hospitality Newfoundland and Labrador for professionalism and raising the profile of the bed and breakfast industry in Newfoundland and Labrador. This is his first foray into publishing, and he is looking forward to publishing his second cookbook.

Dale Cameron was born in Mississauga, Ontario, and is the entrepreneurial spirit behind Inn By The Bay and George House Heritage Bed & Breakfast, as well as a few additional tourism-related businesses. Dale has spent his whole life in sales and marketing, and while he is always coming up with new ideas for future ventures, he loves to spend time visiting with guests, cooking, and enjoying a great glass of wine. He was instrumental in George House Heritage Bed & Breakfast winning ACOA’s Technology in Tourism award in 2010. Dale has a secret passion for writing and is currently collaborating on a series of children’s books based on Newfoundland and Labrador’s historic past.
