Description

How can you find a sense of belonging in home and church when you’re constantly on the move?

Through personal stories of forty-five changes of residence in five countries, Gloria Engel shows that some things remain constant in both home and church.

From prairie farm beginnings, she adapts to jungles, mountains, and cities. After childhood experiences of simple worship services held in homes, she finds joy in church settings that employ pageantry and ceremony.

Breaking free of childhood prohibitions against dancing, she discovers the heart of the dance, embarking on spiritual adventures that hint at the greatest adventure of all.
