About the author

Douglas R. Eikermann, JD, LLM, works as a consultant to corporations that do business in Latin America. He graduated from the United States Naval Academy in 1974, completed studies for a Juris Doctor at the University of Kansas in 1982, and earned a Masters of Laws from the University of the Pacific in 1985.
