Description
See why Tundra has been called a worthy successor to the Far Side by newspaper editors around the country. The Tundra comic strip has been picked up by more than 140 newspapers in the past 15 months alone, including papers stretching from the Los Angeles Times to the Advocate in Stamford, Connecticut. It has also been picked up by King Features, the world's largest comic strip syndicate and is now being distributed world-wide.
About the author
Born in the state of Michigan, raised in the state of Alaska and constantly in the state of confusion, cartooning has been a part of Chad Carpenter his entire life. As a young child, when normal kids were playing video games, watching TV or talking on the phone, Chad could be found scribbling on anything that didn`t move (and a few things that did). This same geeky, antisocial behaviour lasted well into young adulthood, when Chad decided to seek out a career as a cartoonist. Chad's quest to avoid a real job was successful. Chad currently lives with his wife, Karen, and three kids in the picturesque Matanuska Valley in Alaska.
