Only 100 copies were printed and each copy is numbered and signed by the author, Ian Hamilton.This special edition hardcover is perfect bound in a square back case and covered with Millbank Linen, and comes with a silk ribbon page-marker. The slipcase is a modification of the e-book cover designed by Gregg Kulick. The interior was designed by Alysia Shewchuk in Minion Pro, a digital typeface designed by Robert Slimbach in 1990 for Adobe Systems. It is inspired by late Renaissance-era type.The Dragon Head of Hong Kong is the prequel to the wildly popular Ava Lee series.
