Description

The definitive guide to the best bottles in the LCBO in 2010, featuring 160 new wines. It's now become an annual tradition: Rod Phillips sips his way through all the wines on the shelves of the LCBO, looking for the best values, and then passes his recommendations on to wine lovers in The 500 Best-Value Wines in the LCBO. This book is a proven seller. Both previous editions of this wine guide sold out their print runs?even when the print run for the second edition was increased by 50 percent. The book's straightforward reviews help both the wine novice and the experienced wine consumer cut through a huge selection of wines to identify the best bets. With its easy-to-read format, The 500 Best-Value Wines in the LCBO 2010 rates wines on a commonsense five-star scale, provides no-nonsense descriptions, and suggests food pairings for each wine. It also provides answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about wine. With many new selections that reflect the finest additions to the LCBO's range, the 2010 edition is, again, an unparalleled guide to getting the best out of the LCBO.
