Steve Smallman is the author of numerous children's books, including A Hug for Humphrey, The Lamb Who Came to Dinner and Smelly Peter the Great Pea Eater. A father of four grown-up children, Steve now has grandchildren to test his stories on. His latest picture book, Dragon Stew, was Highly Commended at the Sheffield Children's Book Awards. Robert William Dunn was born in Paisley, Scotland and currently lives with his daughter, Emily, son, Caius, and wife, Clare, in South Lanarkshire. He studied Illustration at the then College of Building & Printing in Glasgow. Before illustrating full time he scraped a living drawing caricatures and illustrating magazines.
