Description
If you could have a puppy, what would you pick?
Kat, Maya and Grace dream about puppies. So helping out at Kat's aunt's dog-grooming salon is a dream come true!
Each story in this four-book collection follows the adventures of these girls and their encounters with dogs. Whether it's a golden retriever who helps Kat better understand Grace, or a Shetland sheepdog who helps them find the home of a lost cocker spaniel, each dog teaches them something about the world around them.
Originally published as four separate chapter books in The Puppy Collection — Bailey's Visit, Riley Knows Best, Murphy Helps Out and Bijou Needs a Home — this deluxe edition, complete with adorable illustrations, will please puppy lovers everywhere.

Susan Hughes studied English literature at the University of Toronto. She writes both fiction and non-fiction children's books. She lives with her family in Toronto.
Leanne Franson spent her childhood winters in Regina and Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, building snow forts while her dad watched hockey games on TV. She was a really bad skater -- but she could draw really well! In 1991, after she finished her BFA in Montreal, she started illustrating books. Leanne is fluently bilingual and has worked on books in English and French, illustrating in total over 100 picture books, chapter books, and textbooks. In 2012, she and her teenage son Benn returned to Saskatchewan, where she draws and makes ceramics in her acreage studio.
