About the authors
Shirley Downey is a passionate advocate of early childhood literacy. She is the founder of New Brunswick’s Born to Read program, and the author of three delightful collections of poetry for the very young: Mud Muddelicious Mud, Puddle Jumping and Snuggle Bug.
