Description

The first of an exciting new series of novels based on Get Outta Town - a hip, dynamic, teen-to-teen TV show where the youthful host travels around the world and connects with local teenagers to experience the life and culture of their specific city.

Mr. X is Xerxes Frankel - a bright, precocious 17-year-old who is willing to try anything. The first adventure takes him to Paris where, with his French cohort, he will secretly ride down the steps of the Eiffel Tower while being taped for the TV show. It is a race that will be timed - fastest to the bottom is the winner.

Octave Pompidou is Xerxes' Parisian contact. He is 18 years old and a mad cyclist. He rides everywhere and has cycled up and down just about everything.

Being on Get Outta Town is very cool but he also wants to challenge Xerxes when he lands on his turf. During the course of his filming however, unusual things being to happen.
