About the author

Mr. Leahy is a graduate of the Executive Development Course of the Canadian Police College. He is a member of the Kiwanis Club of Cabot and a former president of the Club. He is a member of the Knights of Columbus, St. Paul’s Council, and a Director of the Last Post Fund, Newfoundland Branch, Board of Directors. Gerald Leahy is married to Hannah Forsey of Grand Bank and they have five children.
