Description

A little boy goes to the farm to see if any of the animals want to play. But the cow, horse, sheep, goat, pig --- and even the chickens --- seem to have other things to do. He's just about to give up when, beside the barn and under a tree, he finds the perfect playmate. The rest of the day is spent in a fun-filled romp around the barnyard. Vibrant illustrations, rhyming text and a playful ending add to the enjoyment of this energetic day at the farm.
