About the authors
Claire McEwen is an award-winning author whose strong heroes and heroines take emotional journeys to find their happily-ever-afters. She loves writing stories set in quirky small towns and romantic western settings. Claire lives by the ocean in Northern California with her family and a scruffy, mischievous terrier. When not dreaming up new stories, she enjoys gardening, hiking and wandering on the beach. A life-long bookworm, she always has her kindle close by!
Patricia Johns writes from Alberta, Canada where she lives with her husband and son. She has her Honors BA in English Literature and has written Amish romance for Harlequin, Kensington Books, and has a new miniseries starting in 2025 with Bethany House. She loves prairie skies and time with her family.
You can find her online on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, or on her website at patriciajohns.com.
Beth Carpenter grew up on a farm reading everything she could get her hands on, from cereal boxes to the encyclopedia. Saturday visits to the library were the highlight of her week. Due to motion sickness, she couldn't read on the school bus so she made up her own stories instead.
She still consumes books like popcorn and loves to create happy endings for her imaginary friends. She believes dogs, books, and laughter are key to happiness. And dark chocolate. And love.
Writing has been a passion for Janice Carter from a young age but her 'second' career after teaching didn't officially start until she took a romance writing course at a local community college. The story she began then became her debut novel, a Harlequin Intrigue. Janice says she's been very lucky to do what she enjoys most--writing about the connections between people and their families; in other words, how we find love and romance.
