About the authors

Author of Edible And Medicinal PlantsFor twenty years, Terry Willard, Ph.D, has studied the plants of the Rockies. In the early `70s, after several seasons living in a tipi among the plants, he began training as a professional herbalist. In 1986, he was appointed to the Canadian federal goevernment's Expert Advisory Committee on Herbs and Botanical Preparations. He currently serves as the President of the Canadian Association of Herbal Practitioners. Dr. Willard maintains clinics in Calgary and Vancouver and is director of the Wild Rose College of Natural Healing, which serves students around the world.
