Description

The Bernard Cohn Lecture in Criminal Law is delivered annually at the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor. This volume brings together lectures by fifteen of Canada's leading criminal lawyers and jurists. The collection has been edited by Edward L. Greenspan, Q.C., who is a member of the Lecture Series Trust and who delivered the first lecture in 1987.

About the authors

One of Canada’s top criminal defence lawyers, Edward L. Greenspan has been practicing law in Toronto since 1970. He received his Queen’s Counsel in 1982.
