Contributor Notes
Daniel James is an award-winning music producer who has enjoyed the company of dogs his whole life. When he was 13 years old, he went on a dog sledding trip in Quebec and became enamoured with the Siberian Husky. He dreamed that one day he would raise one of his own, and last year, that dream came true in the form of a little pup named Beau. In raising Beau, Daniel was amazed by the immense curiosity and wonder of such a young and small creature. It occurred to him that this perspective would be a wonderful vehicle to explore various social issues in a manner easily digested by children and adults alike. And so, the series A Dog Named Beau was born.
