Julie Saint-Onge Drouin is one half of the illustration team Fil et Julie. Fil et Julie are regular contributors to the award-winning Chirp Magazine. They have worked together since 1998 and both have backgrounds in graphics; Sainte-Onge Drouin studied visual arts. She lives in Montreal.
