After obtaining a bachelor's degree in graphic communications, Jean worked as a graphic designer for many years. He was one of the first collaborators of Safarir magazine, of which he became the artistic director. A full-time illustrator for several years, he collaborates with several children's publishing houses and illustrates more than a hundred novels, albums and school textbooks.
