Vernon Moores was born in Dauphin, Manitoba and has an M.Ed from the University of New Brunswick. He has travelled widely and has resided in Winnipeg, Edmonton, Montreal, Nigeria, the Philippines, British Columbia and Newfoundland. Among other things, he has worked as a journalist, photographer, editor and teacher. Over one hundred poems, fifteen short stories and eighty reviews and articles have been accepted by over seventy-five different publications in Australia, Denmark, England, Canada and the USA.
