Tim Merrill was born in Moscow, Idaho, in 1952. He moved to Canada in 1969 and settled in British Columbia the following year, where he worked as a newspaper reporter, technical writing consultant, carpenter and ferryman. In Bare Apple Boughs is Tim Merrill’s first published collection of poetry.
