Lindsay Marshall

Lindsay Robert Marshall is a frequent contributor of poetry for important celebrations including as Mi’kmaw poet laureate for an official visit to Nova Scotia by Queen Elizabeth II (2010). He has been featured artist at numerous literary and arts festivals including the Labrador Creative Arts Festival (2000), The Frye Festival (2000), Annapolis Royal Literary festival (1998), The Canadian Arts Festival, University of Edinboro, PA (2004) and in The Mi'kmaq Anthology, Vols. 1 and 2 (Pottersfield Press 2012) and, in 2014, the Ullapool Book Festival, Scotland. His first book of poetry, Clay Pots and Bones was first published in 1997 and re-released by CBU Press (2014).
