A long-time resident of Victoria, BC, Elizabeth Levinson is an inexhaustible hunter-gatherer of fresh, organic foods. She is the author of Getting Fresh In and Around Victoria: The Guide to Going Organic and writes a monthly column about food, "At My Table," in Focus Magazine. Since writing the last edition ofAn Edible Journey, Elizabeth has become co-owner of Café Mela at The Belvedere and Mela's Tearoom in Winchester Galleries, both located in Victoria.
