Timothy Hadwen
Tim Hadwen is a retired public servant and labour lawyer. He held a range of senior management positions in the Ontario Ministries of Education, Health, Government Services, and the Attorney General. His public service responsibilities included managing the government’s involvement in broader public sector labour relations. He led the implementation of the School Boards’ Collective Bargaining Act, 2014, the merger of the staff of the Community Care Access Centres with the Local Health Integration Networks, and several compensation restraint initiatives.
Prior to joining government, Tim was General Counsel for the Ontario Public Service Employees Union and Assistant Director, Arbitration at the Ontario Nurses’ Association. Formerly, he was a partner at Cavalluzzo, Hayes and Shilton, a leading union-side labour law firm.
