Dr. Robert Greenwood is Director of Policy and Strategic Planning with the Department of Development and Rural Renewal, Government of Newfoundland and Labrador, and an Adjunct Assistant Professor in the Faculty of Business Adminstration at Memorial University. He is the author of numerous case studies, chapters and articles on small business, community economic development, and government development.
