Trish Goosen
Trish Goosen, BEd, PBDE (General), is a lead teacher in the Lord Selkirk School Division in Selkirk, Manitoba. She collaborates with K–12 educators in numeracy and science by supporting inclusive and differentiated instructional and assessment practices, connecting curricula to the big ideas and facilitating professional development. She was a contributor on the Manitoba Education Kindergarten to Grade 4 Mathematics Support Document Development Team, as well as a contributor to the Manitoba Rural Learning Consortium’s development of the Essential Learning Documents in Early Years Science, Middle Years Science, Early Years Mathematics, and Middle Years Mathematics. Trish believes in the creation and nurturing of strong, caring relationships between students and adults. She is married to Andrew and has two children, Carter and Victoria.
