Michel Drouin’s writing career began in high school, when he was hired as a high school correspondent by the North Island Gazette. After graduation, Drouin worked in the forestry and fishing industries, until he was hired as an assistant editor of the United Fishermen and Allied Workers Union newspaper, The Fisherman, in 1990. Drouin lives in Vancouver, BC.
