Linda Connor is a teacher and department head for social studies and English at Gray Academy. She has taught at the junior-high and senior-high levels for over 30 years. She has also been a dance teacher and choreographer for 28 years. She is a member of the Grade 11 Canadian History Development Team and the Standing Committee for Social Studies, and has worked on the Grade 9 Foundation for Implementation document for the Manitoba Department of Education, Citizenship and Youth. She has taught at the Summer Institute for Social Studies, and has given many in-services for Special Area Groups (SAG) conferences in social studies, and divisional in-services across Manitoba. Linda is a co-author of several books, the past editor for ManACE Journal (Manitoba Association for Computer Educators) and editor for MSSTA Journal (Manitoba Social Science Teachers' Association).
