When she's not practicing martial arts, going to conventions or rolling around in the grass with her golden retriever, Canadian author Heather Chambers dedicates her time to raising awareness through her writing.

She's made her first step with her debut dystopian, nature-apocalyptic novel Earth Sucks, published at 19, and its prequel The Mercenary and the Hissing Woods.
