Normand Carrey
Normand Carrey is an infant, child, and adolescent psychiatrist. He has longstanding clinical and research interests in ADHD and conduct disorder. Recently, he has become more interested in early intervention of psychiatric and behavioural problems in preschoolers. He holds double appointments as associate professor at the IWK Hospital, Department of Psychiatry, Dalhousie University, Halifax, Nova Scotia, and at the Douglas Research Institute, Department of Psychiatry, McGill University, Montreal, Quebec. He has been the editor-in-chief of the Journal of the Canadian Academy of Child and Adolescent Psychiatry since 2008. He is also co-leader of the Family Therapy Centre, IWK Hospital, where he practices developmental psychiatry.
