CL Carey, the pen name of Christina Robins, in honour of her grandfather and mother who encouraged her love of creating and telling stories since she was very young. She enjoys creating new worlds of wonder and characters that will resonate with her readers. She hopes her writing will start important conversations that relate to the present times we live in. She feels that being autistic gives her the ability to see the world in a different way and write characters that face a variety of challenges with humour and heart. She currently lives in Saskatchewan on the prairies with her artist and chef husband and rescue cats.
