Editorial Reviews

"The set-up of the book is great-students can pick and choose which sections to read, or they can read the book from cover to cover." --Janni Aragon, University of Victoria

"This book is straightforward and very readable. . . . The use of Canadian examples is a real selling point for me. I also appreciate the reference to more citation styles in this edition." --Shelly Ikebuchi, Okanagan College
