Description

Without Fear or Favour sums up 20 years of in-your-face policing on the mean streets of Winnipeg. Former police inspector Jack Tinsley depicts Winnipeg's finest as characters and comedians, as well as dedicated officers who tried to "make it right" instead of just playing by the book.

This contoversial memoir brings out the black humour of police work - a profession in which people are often seen at their worst. It also touches on the darker moments in cops' lives.

Without Fear or Favour is a gritty, ribald, and riveting read. And it's all true.
