Description

Tingli, a set of multimedia CD-ROMs, helps students to develop and practice listening comprehension in a simulated immersion environment. This series guides students in recognizing and practising speech patterns that are most frequently used in China. Chinese idioms, proverbs, songs, poems, geographical terms, and other cross-cultural content are included in fifty lively lessons that help students understand not only the language but the culture as well. Detailed grammatical explanations and examples are provided to help students to understand grammar patterns before they start doing the listening drills. This CD-ROM package is the perfect companion to Fayin, as it helps students of Chinese to develop their listening comprehension skills at the time and speed of thier choice.
