About the author

Gailand MacQueen holds advanced degrees in philosophy, theology, and educational theory; and has been a professor of and lecturer in Religious Studies. With his wife, Joyce, he has led workshops and developed educational programs based on the labyrinth for both adults and youth. He is a member of the United Church of Canada, and lives in Sudbury, Ontario.
