Description
No one looks forward to writing their will. Everyone procrastinates as long as possible and most are put off by the jargon in this industry, feeling like they just don’t know where to start.
The Last Act uses plain English and clear, straightforward language to make estate planning as simple as possible.
Trust and Estate Practitioner Kimberley Short and Accountant Larry Short combine their many years of experience to explain how to write a will, settle an estate, create a trust, and more while helping to reduce expenses and lower taxes along the way. They share their understanding obtained from working directly with families before, during, and after estate settlement and deliver keen insight on navigating the potential trouble zones.
Leaving time for your family to grieve after you are gone without the complications from a lack of pre-planning is truly precious. The Last Act is your first step to delivering them that gift.
