About the authors

A doctor in literary studies at UQAM, Pierre-Alexandre Bonin has long been a children's bookseller. He is notably the author of several documentaries on the history of Montreal and Quebec, as well as a trilogy of novels for adolescents based on local tales and legends.

A graphic designer and illustrator specializing in scientific illustration, Marie graduated in Print Graphic Design and Scientific Illustration Design from the École Estienne. She regularly works for museums, associations, research centers, and book publishers. When she is not working on educational posters or anatomical diagrams, she enjoys drawing animals, visiting exhibitions, and, above all, stretching her legs while walking around Paris.
