Description

Tex is an English foxhound. His best human friend, now, is an Anishnaby woman. She calls Tex her Animoosh, her dog. Tex the English foxhound Animoosh, loves Ikwe. Ikwe loves Tex.

When they met for the first time at the city dog pound, Ikwe had said: Aneen, Animoosh. Neen Anishnabay Ikwe. Which means in English, "How are you, dog? I am an Anishnabay woman."

This is the story of how Tex got to the dog pound.
