Description

Shapeshifters need love, too.

Yaqoob Ghaznavi's second poetry collection, shape shifter, presents glorious poems full of heart, gentleness, and vigor, explorations of the world, and the self. Ghaznavi is a master of voice, rhythm, line, image, and idea. His extraordinary poems are ones you will want to return to again and again, like moments shared with a dear friend. This collection is a letter sent on a remarkable journey, through towns of rain, passing gardeners keeping secrets, and always, the finely drawn moments of connection: the things that poets capture so well.
