Description
The Greater Vancouver region's population is expected to double in the next 50 years with a 250% increase in citizens over 65.
Sustainability by Design addresses the challenge of transforming livability into sustainability while accommodating this demographic change. Focusing on jobs, housing, transportation, infrastructure, parks and open space, this beautifully illustrated and designed book is an invaluable resource for city planners, design professionals, elected officials and citizens interested in a sustainable future.
