Description
How to study like a superhero.
The highly acclaimed book The Research Virtuoso helped high school and college students maximize their studying potential. Now, this second collaboration with The Toronto Public Library challenges younger students to develop the skills they need to become “lifelong super-learners.” Each of the four chapters focuses on specific skills, including organization, research, and navigating the online world. Also included are profiles of real-life super-learners, quizzes, and a full-page comic-style illustration that highlights the chapter themes. Researched and written by two professional librarians, Superbrain has a superhero theme woven throughout, and features wacky and exuberant art. With its bright and energetic design, this book is a go-to reference for teachers, librarians, and students everywhere.
About the authors
