Barbara Greenwood is an award-winning author whose books include Gold Rush Fever, The Last Safe House and A Pioneer Thanksgiving. She lives in Toronto, Ontario.

Graham Pilsworth is a cartoonist who has worked for a number of Canada’s national and regional papers. He spent six years at The Toronto Star as a political cartoonist, and has contributed to Saturday Night, Maclean’s, Profit, Atlantic Progress and The Coast. Where Tigers Would Fear to Tread is Pilsworth’s first book. He produced the manuscript on a Smith Corona Selectric, using a Titleist in place of a regular type ball. He lives in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada.
