Lisa Salfi graduated from the University of Windsor with both a bachelor's and a master's degree in English Language and Literature. During the summer of 2013, Lisa participated in a trip to Burgundy, France with a group of her close peers for a creative writing journey, led by Marty. Saying Yes is a testament to the talent, insight, and passion for writing that this group possesses. Lisa now teaches writing courses at St. Clair College of Applied Arts and Technology, works as an Academic Writing Advisor at the University of Windsor, and writes and edits on a freelance basis for both print and web media.
Jay Rankin is currently working towards his graduate degree in creative writing at the University of Windsor where he also teaches a composition class. He's been active in the Windsor's literary scene over the past several years, having published for and been published in the Windsor Review, The Lance, The Windsor Star and Black Moss Press. He writes not only short fiction and poetry, but also creative nonfiction.
