About the author
Miggs Wynne Morris was born in North Wales and arrived in Canada in 1963. Since then she has lived in many places, including Abbotsford, BC Fort Franklin, NWT Saskatoon, Saskatchewan Churchill, Manitoba and London, Ontario. She has been a teacher, a Language Arts Consultant, a viceprincipal, and a principal of a specialized school for disturbed children. A welltravelled woman who has had many adventures and who admits to hitchhiking in the 1960s, Morris leads a quieter life (for the time being) in rural southern Ontario.
