About the authors

For Rita, those values include loving relationships and a focus on wellness: body, mind, and spirit. She serves as Executive Director of the Thomas Foundation, and works on the board of the Todd Thomas Foundation, a charitable organization devoted to mental health causes.
Erin Holm has always been passionate about great food and nutrition. She graduated from the Dubrulle Culinary School in Vancouver, British Columbia in March of 1991.
