About the author
Dr. Jörg Matthias-Roche is a professor of German as a Foreign Language at the Ludwig Maximilian University in Munich, Germany, where he also directs the Multimedia Research and Development Laboratory (“Werk-Stadt”). His work focuses on intercultural communication and the use of new media in language learning.
