Kathy has authored coaching manuals through Canada's National Coach Certification Program (NCCP) and Canada's Junior NBA program. A secondary school teacher, she loves to share her knowledge.

Dawn Smyth is a Canadian Level 4 National Coaching Institute and FIBA Europe Certified Coach, a member of FIBA America's Youth Development Committee and the Director of Domestic Development for Canada Basketball. A leader in basketball's best teaching systems, Dawn instructs coaches around the world. Driven by a love for basketball, she works to better the game and inspire others.
